Rental Terms & Conditions

Minimum rental is a Long Weekend (3 nights). No reservation will be held until the security deposit has been received. Payment in full of the rental fee must be received at least one month in advance of the arrival date, or the reservation will be canceled and the security deposit forfeited.

In the event of cancelation, the security deposit will be (a) fully refundable if the cancelation is received via email, fax, or letter at least 2 months in advance of the arrival date, (b) one-half refundable if the cancelation is received at least 1 month and less than 2 months in advance, or (c) non-refundable if the cancelation is received less than 1 month in advance.

Subject to any damage caused by any occupant or their guest, the security deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days after the premises have been vacated.

The premises may not be used for any commercial purpose, may not be sub-let or otherwise rented out, and the contracting party must be an occupant.

Check-in time 2:00pm, check-out time 10:00am. Maximum designated occupancy may not be exceeded. No smoking. No pets. No hunting anywhere on the premises or adjacent property. No exceptions.

Each premise is situated in a natural, wild, and protected area, and as such has natural and other hazards, including but not limited to, topographic and wildlife. The contracting party and each occupant and guest use the premises at their own risk, and assume all responsibility and liability for any damage or harm that may be in part or in whole the result of or related to these hazards or interaction with them.
